### Creating a sustainable global food supply is a giant lift. How do we get there? By seizing opportunities to change minds and behaviors in ways large and small.

Take cheese. In search of a substitute for this familiar food, companies have a choice: create a similar tasting alternative that’s mostly filler, or build a plant-based alternative that provides a wholesome, delicious, and nutritionally equivalent experience. We chose the second path.

We believe food should be simple. Our clean-label ingredients and innovative foods deliver all the taste and nourishment people want, and nothing they don’t.
